These Terms and Conditions apply to all content submitted by the user via the designated upload form on the HYPERMADE platform. By submitting the form, the user agrees to these terms.
2. Copyright and Usage Rights
The user affirms that they are the sole rights holder of the submitted content or that they possess all necessary rights for submission, publication, and further processing.
By uploading, the user grants HYPERMADE a non-exclusive, geographically and temporally unrestricted right to use the content, including displaying, storing, technically editing, editorially modifying, and using it for platform-related communication and marketing. No separate compensation will be provided.
3. Responsibility for Content
The user bears sole responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and admissibility of the submitted content. Content that violates legal regulations, third-party rights, or the platform’s principles will not be published or may be removed retroactively.
4. Data Protection
The personal data submitted as part of the upload will be processed in accordance with the applicable privacy policy. The user explicitly consents to the storage, processing, and purpose-related use of their data.
5. Publication and Rejection
There is no entitlement to publication. The editorial team of HYPERMADE reserves the right to accept, edit, or reject submitted content at its sole discretion. The user will not be separately notified of acceptance.
6. Liability
HYPERMADE accepts no liability for content provided by users. The submitting user is solely liable for any legal claims arising from the unlawful use of texts, images, or other media.
7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
HYPERMADE reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of submission shall apply.
