Nicola Trussardi died in a car accident in 1999, leaving a great legacy in the world of fashion and culture. His wife Maria Luisa Gavazzeni and his children Beatrice, Gaia and Tomaso continued to run the company, preserving its spirit and values. They developed new lines such as Tru Trussardi, Trussardi Jeans and Trussardi Junior to appeal to different target groups. They also renewed the logo of the fashion house, which represents a greyhound that stands for elegance, speed and loyalty.

Today, Trussardi is one of the leading Italian fashion brands that has a global presence. The company offers a wide range of products, from clothes to shoes and perfumes.
