The AMG 4.0-litre V8 biturbo engine takes centre stage. In the top model GT 63 4MATIC+ it produces 585 hp and a maximum torque of 800 Nm. The GT 55 4MATIC+ impresses with 476 hp and 700 Nm. Targeted improvements to the engine and exhaust system have succeeded in increasing power while maintaining efficiency.
